barge operator providing essential containerized cargo feeder services
linking ports in North America, plus Freeport, Bahamas, and Cuba.Its
regular sailings give domestic and foreign flag carriers alike the
opportunity to extend waterborne services to and from a variety of
ports.

forty-five foot containers, including refrigerated units, aboard modern
feeder barges.
Only state-of -the-art lashing gear and reefer power packs are used to
assure cargo integrity at all times. Working in cooperation with
carriers, ports, and labor, Columbia Coastal has created an all-water
cargo transportation alternative allowing steamship lines to satisfy
bill of lading requirements without sacrificing quality. Through
Columbia Coastal's Project Division, special contract moves are
arranged. Complete transportation services are offered for project
cargo including heavy haul truck/rail coordination, lift-on/lift-off at
all points, roll-on-roll-off barges with access to shallow and
undeveloped ports, and a full array of port logistic services, both
domestic and off-shore.
